Keep it coming, lads. Being accused of being boring by a one man general anesthetic and of needing to lighten up by Giggles has made my day. Do it via PM though, this thread is supposed to be about films.

The came a little later than expected but it's always coming. That's how you know he's given up.
You could almost but it if he wasn't such a rotten mean-spirited little shite.

Feminism is the least of Mad Max's problems, it's just a very boring film.

It's not even that feminist is it? The STRONG WOMEN would have all been raped to death after twenty minutes without Bane doing all the hard graft.

    Yep, it's not.

Worse still, those involved didn't have the balls to just make it about Theron's character.

Interesting list here. I'd not even heard of a lot of those.

Wait, Wild Tales was this year? That makes the decision incredibly easy.

    Spectre 7
    Stars Wars: Force Awakens 9
    Ex Machina 8
    Jurassic World 6
Hunger Games: Catching Fire pt 2 3

Fuck. My shortest list of all time I should imagine. I've watched a heck of a lot of films, but the above is the limits of those from the past year. Desperate to see The Martian, Straight Outta Compton, Brooklyn and Sicaria.

Been a bit shit at going to the cinema this year. Must try harder.

I forgot about that. What a film.

Looking forward to Anomalisa when it comes out. I also wonder if Star Wars will get any love, it was bloody good within the context of the whole series but I'm not sure you can really make a judgment without that context.
