If there's someone from the 1994 Brazil squad who lasted long enough to play with Kaka and Robinho and then became part of Mourinho's coaching team then that'd almost certainly be your guy, but I think at this point it's safe to assume either the question is a noise up or whoever made it has ballsed up one of the criteria.

Georgia has at least one in Kaladze but I'm not sure that's small enough. I bet there's a Caribbean nation in there but I can't think of any off the top of my head.
