That's Stewart Lee, a stand up comedian, reading a post off the old forum about him by Shinners.
You basically know it from the post above. Shindig posted about him, he Googles himself for material for part of his act, and the Shindig post made it.

I posted in that thread twice but I have no recollection of it. Smiffy fairly killed it (not in the good way) with that final one.
I hadn't watched the video so yeah it was pretty clear once I had.
I think Sama got some of them but we should do a proper trawl through the MS paint ones. Obviously most of them will be Wullie's but there've been some other good'uns. Of mine my Big Sam one is probably one of the few decent ones.
