Just go the whole whack and make it 64.
Just go the whole whack and make it 64.
Every League of Ireland Premier Division game is going to be streamed live for people outside of Ireland next season. It's what y'all been waiting for ain't it?

They should stop shirking and really go for it. Every country qualifies, with a goal in each capital. Drop a ball in the middle of the Pacific and first to five wins.
Crikey.
21/10 for Liverpool to score Over 2.5
It would be very Liverpool to turn up at the weekend and lose.
When Liverpool are in form they are normally good for spanking us like Man City always do.
There's going to be a rape.
.....
Liverpool fans aren't expecting a slip up, they're just shit scared of believing they might actually be decent again.
Hope we fucking maul you 1-1.
.....
Reading and QPR played in the Championship tonight, and the latter pinched it 1-0 in the 89th minute.
The news coming out of it though is that Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is going to be named their new gaffer tomorrow, according to Sky.
Good move by QPR, better than Warnock by a mile.
This picture popped up on my facebook tonight.
Taken from Euro 2004. What a team that was (on paper), David James aside every other player in that picture would walk into the current England side.
Really should have done better.
1990, 1996, 1998 (not so much - strong field), 2004 and 2006.
All told, we probably should've won one of those. We're out the running for a while now, barring a miracle.
I still think Euro 2008 would have been our best chance 'on paper' since everybody was fit and in form (all of the other 'Golden Generation' tournaments had a major injury or suspension to deal with). Obviously we would have needed somebody to make it work properly, but the players were definitely there.
Beckham was past it by 2008. Scholes was retired. Owen was shit. We didn't have a good enough keeper.
2004 was the year. On paper that's the best team we've had in my lifetime.
In fact, I'd say we were worse in 2008 than we are now. Maybe it was the useless management, but looking at the teams we were fielding that year is painful. Look at the state of the team that played Croatia
Carson
Richards
Campbell
Lescott
Bridge
Wright-Phillips
Gerrard
Barry
Lampard
Joe Cole
Crouch
Fuck me. No wonder we didn't qualify.
By the time the actual tournament was on we would have had FA Cup-winning David James (better than the 2004 version), an all-Champions' League final defence, Joe Cole at his peak, Owen Hargreaves with working body parts, WORLD CLASS Lampard 'n' Gerrard, and Rooney. In terms of a potentially balanced side if set up properly by a good manager, that was our best group.
I would love for England to win it in France, on the back of Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane. That would probably be the best result possible.
Campbell would still be in the side and captain right now if not for RACISM.
They way Campbell was overlooked for both the Liverpool and Man Utd jobs was disgusting.
Ducking autocorrect.
You'd take the back four from that side above every day of the week; the rest not so much. All good players but never worked for England. The current mob has more about it and actually look cohesive whoever turns out.
There's nothing decent coming through in English football now. Anything good gets swallowed up by a big club too early for homegrown CL reasons. Our underage teams are packed with people called Isaac Delano-Stevens who disappear off the radar at the first hint of a decent contract.
I can't see us challenging at a tournament in anything resembling the current era.
Oh we won't win shit, but at least it'll be worth watching.
Edit: Arsene would be proud.
