Just put a different custom ROM on the S3 (Archidroid 3.1.3 (5.1.1)) which is supposed to be the best performance. Looks good so far apart from I had to re-flash it as it came up black last time and I thought I'd bricked it LOL. All good now.
If you have an old phone can't really see why you'd stick with the stock, tbh it probably needs to be a common phone though as there is fuck all guides out there at the best of times.
Definitely a great way to make use of an old device. My original Nexus 7 was slow as shit once it hit stock Lollipop (in fairness I think it came with IceCream Sandwich) and rescued with the Equinox ROM. Runs better now than it ever did.
A new iOS Jailbreak has been released but, as I predicted earlier in the thread, it's for 64-bit devices only. So basically 5S onwards. I guess my jailbreaking days are over until the 7 comes out and I finally upgrade from my 4S.

It's running iOS so 2GB is more than enough. Comparable to an Android phone having 4GB. The cameras will be really good as always on iPhones and the wide angle is really handy, just a pity they only put it on the plus.

Even if you have an unlimited data plan, some providers don't include tethering in that and will limit it.

Im currently weighing up paying the £200 up front for the 7 vs the 6s. I think I know what the decision will be.
Anyone had a 16gb? Not sure whether to go cheap and get that or pay ~£60 extra for 32gb.
The 7 only comes with 32GB as a minimum if that helps your decision.

That's not a bad price at all. The model I got here would be coming close to a grand (€) for the handset.
I was expecting about that price so wasn't too bad. Was tempted to spend an extra hundred and get the 256GB model but really 128GB is more than enough so I just got that.

True. I've never needed more than 64GB ever, not more than 40GB really, so I've no idea what people do be at with 256GB phones.
My fucking phone has decided that I'm short of disk space even though I have 200mb spare. I have a fucking gigantic SD card but it reckons I can only move 3-4 apps across to it.
Is there anything I can do to sort this out? It's a bit daft as I've about 30gb spare on the SD card.
What version of Android is it?
