I was slightly appalled at how untidy your desk was.
Yeah I thought I was a mess but that made me feel better.
I used to tidy it every two weeks or so, but got fed up of it acquiring unwanted clutter so I just gave up and it's been a mess for about six months now.

On a SERIOUS note, how do those massive piece of shit Tornado Alley wooden house do for heating? My science-less mind makes me think they're freezing once the temperature drops below the surface of the sun, but maybe there is some bullshit method ('The wood traps farts') that cheats the system.

Mine is not wooden but it is cold as fuck. I think I'm at 16 degrees right now with the heater at full blast and it is not even that cold outside.
