Fallout London now delayed indefinitely due to that
I have installed Fallout 1 and have taken 1 step outside the vault. Having to read an actual manual for the first time in over a decade is ESSENTIAL.
I've not started the show yet but chat about it has me wondering if I should do some Fallout once I'm done with Horizon 2. Thinking either one of the original RPGs (1 or 2), 4 (I've bounced off Fallout 3 twice and what I've read/heard of 4 does suggest I might not warm to it but I've not played it and it's on Game Pass) or New Vegas (being Obsidian this has a good chance of being more my jam than the Bethesda ones in terms of the actual game.)
New Vegas has a lot to it. At times, I felt it dragged but it definitely had more going on than 3. 3's relatively short, though. I've got all of them (except 4 and 76) for free on Epic. Might be worth setting up an account and playing the waiting game.
They're all on Game Pass anyway, and I might already have Fallouts 1/2 on Steam and Epic.
Planning on restarting this tomorrow after the update.

Actually, that's just for the base game, the DLC seems to have individual updates too for each.

Indeed. Beyond London I'm not fussed about mods so this didn't particularly bother me, but it did make me laugh that once I'd installed it my list of favourited mods had gone from 90-odd to four and those that I had installed but deactivated had completely vanished.
I'm guessing some people will be going spare.

Started last night. Going for a rebuild the Commonwealth playthrough, but making me deliberately weak to start with, so SPECIALS were:
Strength - 4
Perception - 10
Endurance - 1
Charisma - 6
Intelligence - 1
Agility - 1
Luck - 5
Loving it again already and it looks so shiny.

Gives me early access to the carry weight/health and lock picking stuff which is what I usually put points into first
