I answered by telling you that your premise was wrong. You didn't 'cop it' for saying you smashed spaghetti up, you copped it for implying you couldn't eat it without covering yourself in it if you didn't smash it up. That you then went on to say that people eating spaghetti were showing off is just parmesan.

It was. Hadn't made the barbeque sauce for a long time and put some maple syrup in it this time in place of some of the sugar. Though it must be said that corned beef is a tad salty in it due to the curing. Would be nicer with normal beef.

As a non drinker and a coffee hater, baileys is one of the worst things to have ever been produced for me.
Baileys is pretty rank, as are Baileys things like cheesecakes or the aforementioned trifle.
Proper trifle, though, is one of Britain's greatest gifts to the world. There can't be many better desserts, if any.
I started making trifle with Baileys years ago as a happy accident and couldn't touch it now with sherry in it.
