They're ok, nothing special. A bit on the soft side. Like some sort of soft potato. You can make a creamy soup out of it, that is good stuff, or some stuffed chayotes. That is a fairly standard thing in Scotland. I've never had one because I can't imagine why you'd want a pie surrounded by bread.
