I only said breadmaker as something to mix the dough for you, so I guess any sort of mixer would do, although the breadmaker adds the yeast etc without you needing to activate it in warm water and other shit which always pissed me off. No massive sticky mess either. It's probably not worth getting one just to make dough, although, once you have one, you'll find after a while that making dough is the only thing you use it for.

    This flour is great

Fancy chopped tomatoes are also worth a look although it can be tricky to source them inexpensively.

My sourdough started was fine, first day nothing happened as a think the lid was too tight. After that it was fine every day and chilling in my fridge now.

Made some amazing pancakes with the waste starter as well.

Some dead bitch at work attended some sourdough course (lolololol) and started dishing out 'starters' at work as if they were some fucking gift she was bestowing upon us. I obviously took a dose [for the same reason I throw those crying laughter emojis about in the work chat] and flushed it down the toilet as soon as I got home.

I appreciate a decent sourdough sandwich but die in a fire if you start dedicating your life to it like the twats.

I lasted 10 days before a chocolate chip cookie appeared in my line of sight. If you're going for proper ketosis it fucking sucks. I'm guessing she's going more for a low-carb diet, which is a lot more reasonable and easier to do.

Cauliflower rice is an underrated gem

They do if you like them. No point in me getting one if they’re going to mask everything else with the taste of onion.

Mrs went to the butchers earlier for tonight's dinner. Said it cost more than normal and she couldn't work out why.

I think I've worked it out.

Cunt's about an inch thick as well.

I have it down to an art. The mrs likes hers ruined, so I give mine a minute on high each side with hers, put it back on the plate then give it another couple of minutes each side to finish it off.

Nah, I seasoned after the picture was taken and they sat on side for 2 hours to get to room temperature.

I may never eat again though.

Picked up some kajmak cheese as well for a truly authentic experience. It was delicious. You can’t stop eating them.

@Clunge, I christened my first night in Croatia in much the same manner.
