What diet to choose? I've always thought it would leave you stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Always thought he was a good egg. Very engaging, broke big/high concepts down into much more manageable terms, advocated for actions with peer review, always made genuine attempts to bring science, health and nutrition to the masses. A force for good, I would say, in the same way people like Martin Lewis and Brian Cox have made similar strides.

Pirates of the Caribbean actor Tamayo Perry has died after being attacked by a shark while surfing in Hawaii.
