I am of the belief that chicken does not belong on pizza, but I don't really know why. The one that can definitely fuck off is pineapple, that one is just plain wrong.

Sausage is not my favorite but I think it's ok. Pepperoni is a classic obviously.

Pork Sausage, not everywhere does it, when you find it though, it's great. Sausage with anything is always great.
Every meat has place on a pizza. Although I prefer the cheap bacon bits rather than actual rashers of the stuff that some poncy pizza places do.
It's the same when restaurants use 'proper' ham.
Anything spicy is the one, but pepperoni is a real contender.
Goat's cheese and caramelised onion. I can also tell you where some good gay bars are.
Ham and pineapple. Come at me.
Best I ever had was a tomato-less clam one. But out of one that I'm actually likely to get again I'll say a meat feast so long as the sauce is bbq and some of the meat is spicy.

I love Hell's pizza here in NZ, we get Dominios free at work every 4 weeks. 30 odd pizzas turn up and all toppings. Not good for someone who is trying to keep in shape before the wedding..lol
I had a stupidly hot pizza from Hells Pizza once (in Rotorua). Fuck did I regret it the next day, on a long (ish) haul flight.
Spicy and with pepperoni.

No fruit and lots or at least a decent amount of meat. Pepperoni and/or chicken/beef. Maybe some peppers.
Whenever there's an offer on them I always get a sloppy Giuseppe from Tesco and cut it in two halves on my plate and put baked beans in the middle.
Baked beans on/with a pizza is the fucking balls.

Heinz used to make frozen pizzas with beans under the cheese, and I seem to remember them being pretty decent.
In Mexico you could get Dominos with refried beans, chorizo, serranos, and onions. It was quite excellent.
Black truffles with some Parmesan are the fucking tits on a Pizza. Doesn't really need a meat then, but if there should be one then parma ham or something mild like that.

Buy a meat feast. Buy 200g of cooked chicken and lob that on. Add more cheese on top.
Then lather it in ketchup once it's cooked.

If I'm making one myself, I just tend to use whatever is left in the fridge. Egg is surprisingly decent in a pizza, but it really is mostly about everything else than the toppings for me. If I can choose any toppings though, I think my favourite choice is prosciutto, mozzarella, sun dried or cherry tomatoes and rocket salad.
If I'm drunk, any kind of pizza goes and if the place I'm getting it from isn't very fancy I usually go for spicy and salty stuff. Pizza is pretty great though when and however though.
I bet Foe puts ketchup on everything.

Yeah, you just put it in raw and it cooks nicely on top the pizza. Luca will probably know the name for it as I first ran into this 'breakfast pizza' in Italy. It's not that different from a bacon and eggs breakfast with some toast, just better.
Cheese, tomato, pepperoni, fresh basil, fresh chilli, garlic and black olives = perfection.
Also, a raw egg broken on the top of a pizza is ace. My flatmate in my first year of uni was Italian and swore by it. In fact, she tought me so many good Italian cooking tips.
+1 on the egg on pizza being ace.
There's a couple of Hell's in London now. I had one but it didn't feel the same.
Last time I was in NZ, Hell's had gone downhill a bit I thought.
