After a mini panic attack involving much crying and wretching over.

A financial advisor won't help this situation. Not unless I can magic about 2 thousand pounds out my pocket in the next week. And I signed a years lease for an appartment I cant really afford and will only will I be able to barely afford it until March. That I can't break or I'm fucking over my best mate who's supported me for a long time. Why? I don't know why. Because I'm a fucking idiot is my best guess so far.

I genuinely think about throwing myself off a bridge in that, yeah but I'd never actually do it or want to do it sort of way, far too often at the moment.

Well one small piece of advise is don't bury your head in the sand. When it comes to money that is literally the worst thing to do.
