It's a pity they did that shitty ending for Zayn/Rollins because that whole finishing sequence was otherwise quite nice, with the potential for the Helluva Kick on the outside and it becoming the Pedigree instead.

Smackdown barely seemed interested in pushing the Rumble.
I enjoyed the Cena/Style segment. I loved Cena's digs at his critics.
Sky Bet have started taking Request A Bets for the Royal Rumble. Here are some odds:

I read earlier than Orton's odds had suddenly plummeted. My prediction is that Orton and Bray eliminate everyone as a team, then Orton refuses to eliminate himself when it's just those two left. Then Bray wins the title at EC.
Suzuki Gun is looking like a good rival to put over Okada. Definitely helps that Minoru Suzuki is a proper unlikeable heel.

I still have no idea who I think will win, which is lovely.
Orton would be the most boring winner possible.
Reigns to beat Owens, win the Rumble and wrestle himself for an hour at Wrestlemania.
I bet he eliminates all 29 other men, using his only 2 moves. Superman punches and spears for everyone!
But there'll be nobody left for Goldberg
After catching up on Toronto (the 2/3 falls tag match was phenomenal) I watched a few matches from NXT's San Antonio show last night. DIY made Authors of Pain look better than they possibly are. Really enjoyed Nakamura/Roode as well, and I imagine now the speculation will be whether that outcome means he'll be in the Rumble now.
Was also surprised to see Rollins turn up. Did make sense for it to happen though, as did the outcome of the thing.
Makes sense if he's looking for HHH, it's the only place he ever turns up.
Alright lads
Probably gonna give the Rumble a look tonight, although I doubt I'll make it all the way through until the actual match itself, especially considering I'm working tomorrow.
From keeping an eye on this thread & the dirtsheets I can see it's still shit, but hopefully I'll get more than one match in without getting bored. What time does it all start?
About 4pm yesterday if the last few events are anything to go by.
But seriously, no idea. The pre-show card is almost as big as the real one.
Some dodgy-looking website I was on earlier suggested the Rumble pre-show starts at 10pm UK time.
Any guesses on the Kofi Kingston avoiding elimination method this year?
By never entering in the first place.
Something to do with a giant box of Booty-Os.
He wins the rumble.
My Network-having friend selfishly joined the Navy, so what is my best bet for streaming this?
A free network trial.
I'm already twos up on my network sub so you;re out of luck there.
Try this http://www.stream2watch.cc/stream-sp...17-live-stream
I'll go with the free trial, and then, when my internet is too shit for it to work, I'll find a grainy stream.
Ideally you want to follow it on teletext or ceefax.
The thinking man's internet.
Lol at putting the RAW Women's title on the pre show.
Means they sneak a Mickie James twat grab when nobody's watching.
A match stipulation that proved to be used for nothing and a pre-show title change. Impeccable thinking as always.
(You need a new Ian avatar.)
I'm a twit
I think it should be Ian Huntley.
Squashed.... literally.
I didn't realise it was the thirtieth one tonight. That must guarantee a pointless Hacksaw Jim Duggan appearance.
Is this pre-show on TV in the States? If not, Cole telling us all that the network issues are cleared up for people to register is a bit pointless.
You can watch the preshow for free on Youtube.
Does Shawn Michaels look great for fifty, or did he just look shit for thirty-five?
He hasn't really aged much in the last 15 years. But his hair is a bit tragic thesedays. I reckon he's almost totally bald on top.
Bayley was never gonna win tonight. They're saving that for Mania.
Well holy fuck that might of been the best women's match I've ever seen.
You need to watch more women's matches then. It was alright but nothing special.
Oh good, I've shown up just in time for Roman Reigns. Maybe I'll just watch it tomorrow...
Reassuring to see (well, hear) he's still over as fuck
