Yeah I think just because Goe Jomez was having his annual decent game at centre-half it didn't make sense to move him and disrupt the whole defence. Can't really afford any more injuries at the back at the minute. He's managed Jota and Chiesa both being unavailable well though so hopefully he can do similar with the defence for the next few weeks.Originally Posted by Baz

I think it's literally every sport going, isn't it? Other than the US one where the market is so ginormous they don't need to sell their soul.
Even the NBA played some pre-season games over there, but yeah, they aren't playing "normal" games there any time soon, as I suspect the Premier League never will... At least not in the next 20 years.
Dunno about the Middle East but I'm pretty convinced the PL will play in the US.
Doesn't the NBA and/or NFL already play some regular season games abroad? Pretty sure someone was in Mexico in the past couple of months. They'll be out there soon.
