McLaren were an absolute disaster a bit more than a year ago and they've gone to seemingly comfortably having the best car on the grid. What a turnaround.

I think that run of races were Max was finishing 4th and 5th, but still extending his title lead, is a killer for Norris.

Could be like that season Hamilton romped back after the summer break, but Rosberg kept sticking it in 2nd so by the end we got the Abu Dhabi train with Lewis going remarkably slow.

The winning margin would have been obscene if Norris could control wheel spin off the line. That McLaren is so much faster than the Red Bull now and Monza should suit them perfectly.
If Norris can go on a run and Piastri plugs the Verstappen gap then one DNF might be enough. Not sure it's happening though, I'd back Verstappen to win once or twice more somehow.

From what I've seen it appeared Red Bull were happy to give Lawson but on the condition they could recall him at any point. Williams obviously not too keen to oblige that, so a call to old mucker Toto got the job done.
