I am thinking about waiting and only claiming one that gives him Rapid +. It would give a +3 to Pace and Physical and no Ovr change. I think single playstyle cards might get an evo soon enough.

That new Alex Scott card looks ok for 250k. Pair her with that Hemp card and they look for decent for under a million worth of fodder. Anybody done Hemp. Her dribbling and whipped pass are tempting for Long Ball FC
Annoyingly, a lot of the recent Evo offerings have just missed out Fulham players due to the rating/stat restrictions.
Still really satisfying to go into Rivals and tonk someone using a god squad with the full Fulham team though.

I didn't - I knew I wouldn't have enough fodder to do it all, especially considering I'm playing the game a healthier amount (a lot less) than previous years.
I might get started on the Academy Evos this week though. Some of those players look insane fully upgraded.

I packed his normal hero at relatively decent times last couple of years and put a stupid amount of games on both. Will probably do the SBC assuming it isnt a bonkers price for that reason. Somewhere to dump high fodder. I did Werner this week to burn fodder.

I've resisted stating such as I was fully prepared to give it a chance and really trying to, but this game has been a bag of wank since TOTY and I'm pretty convinced will remain as such until TOTS. There's simply no point playing it or grinding it in that time (unless you really enjoying doing those things in and of themselves) as the rewards are pointless.
6 to 8 weeks I spent on the free to play account and I haven't seen a single thing that would upgrade my team since just after TOTY, bar a handful of utterly unpackable cards.
They've completely fucked the power curve, there's no turning back and I think the only way forward from this point in future versions to avoid it happening again is to get rid of TOTY, which is obviously never going to happen.
When icons players used to get SBCs. The price of the SBC would be between 50%-70% of the cards value which would drop the price of the card on the market and all other cards around the same value. Now they release the SBC at the same price and everything still remains sky high.That Ginola price
