He was the main one I was thinking of when considering the risk. He's decent, but never a £60m player or whatever it was. They just put that price on him to take the piss/scare City away.

Bissouma doesn't seem to be doing much at Spurs either, but I guess that might be a Spurs thing. He was also better value due to contract/private issues.

I guess it's the inner champ manager in me that laments the fact that BIG clubs virtually never take risks on players, preferring to be mugged off by the likes of Brighton [and previously Southampton] who give players 18 months to increase in value tenfold.
