If the owners sacked Potter any time soon it would just demonstrate them to be utterly clueless know-nothings, which it's possible they are, but why be so obvious about it.

Why would he rest? You might as well run your players into the ground before they fuck off for a month. In the current Chelsea context it makes sense as well because he clearly hasn't figured out the best setup.

They have injuries galore in defence and half their midfield have been playing through injuries. Makes absolutely no sense to play a full strength team in a game that means nothing.
Thankfully half of Chelsea’s team are utter toilet so 10/1 is looking great value.

If Benfica grab one more goal in the dying minutes of this game, they will be perfectly tied with PSG. In which case I think Benfica would be top based on their away goals throughout the group stage.

Ben Chilwell pulled his hammy now. I think all but Chalobah out of all Chelsea’s senior defenders have been injured at one point. Proper Liverpool from the other year vibes.

Chilwell is nice. Son is awful (except for this weekend obvs).
