White mass shootings tend to be done with a purpose, so they aim properly and finish them off, which turns them into mass murders. Black mass shootings tend to be idiots opening fire in nightclubs or at the 'cookout', hitting a bunch of bystanders, and then running away.

White shootings are also often done with high calibre rifles / semi automatic weapons, after a life time of hunting and target practice.

There was that black UCLA lecturer the other month who was planning a big one. Emailed his students his manifesto and was immediately rumbled.
I'm no expert in the field [not even Yevrah] but it strikes me that setting off a smoke bomb before trying to shoot people in the smoke and then making a run for it is a sequentially bad way of going about a mass shooting.

I don't know what consequences you inflict on a spree killer who livestreams as opposed to one who doesnt, but it definitely feels worse. Immortalising people's deaths for ever. One minute you're wondering where the eggs are the next your death is being action replayed by Shindig in his y fronts.
