Robertson is such a nasty little shit.
Robertson is such a nasty little shit.
They’ve got the two the wrong way around ffs.
That's soft. Kane nearly broke his leg first half and got a yellow.
Robertson wasn’t even arsed. Clearly knew it was a red car.
I've only just seen Kane's but Robertson's was clearly worse.
Precisely. Why VAR has got involved with one and not the other is the question.
Because VAR is shit and/or Kane's was early enough to be first ruled, whereas Robertson's was when the game was highly charged.
LOL at the non penalty and the reason the ref gave to Klopp for not giving it if true (Jota slowed up looking to be shoved over). Isn't that why forwards try to 'get across' defenders?
Do the VAR blokes have any remit to pull the ref's ear and say, "Actually, give this a second look."? I thought they did.
"She was asking for it!"
Supposedly Robertson has been assaulted in the tunnel after he was sent off by a Spurs youth player who has since been arrested.
Just seen the highlights on MOTD2. Both horror tackles that should've been reds.
I don't know about the second one. It looks worse because one of them is standing still.
The first one is a leg-breaker, you mongs.
Maybe your little twiglet legs.
Have you ever played the game Spikey or can I just group you in with dildoboy for ease of reference?
Robertson just boots that guy. It's a red in the current zeitgeist, but it would be hard to actually do anyone any harm with that sort of tackle. More of a frustration thing. Thought the Kane one was ok in real time, but you can slow it down/stop it at a point where he's fully studs up, off the ground into Robertson's shin/ankle, which is far more dangerous, and a red card in 99 of the other 100 instances of such a tackle.
Ederson cleaning out Ryan Fraser equally as lol. It's ok, neither of them had the ball. Oh aye, cracking formula going forward that one.
Settle down, son.
People who think Robertson’s was a straight red have either never played football or I no longer understand what a yellow card is for.
"Excessive Force"
I can understand the what a load of shit viewpoint, but it's hard to get away with that sort of wild booting these days. I think he was trying to hoof the ball rather than the man, but, well, he missed.
If he cleaned him out equally forcefully whilst running alongside him it would have been a yellow.
Pretty filthy that one.
It's just because it’s Tottenham. An acid attack would only warrant a stern ticking off.
Robertson's was a red because it was a completely deliberate, petulant kick with zero intent to play the ball.
Klopp's a knob isnt he
I'm a twit
For all his po-faced stuff in press conferences, he has some seriously nasty meltdowns at times. Proper childish.
I always respected Mourinho for maintaining a constant level of villainy, with no apparent loss of temper.
He's gone native.
I don't think you will find many rational Liverpool fans who would argue with that too much it's petulant it's stupid it is all of those things and it deserved a red card but he's unlikely to seriously injure the player. I think the issue is with regards to the complete lack of consistency. Kane's was out of control and dangerous and if Robertson's leg is planted it's a leg breaker and yet am I right in thinking VAR didn't even review it. Same with the penalties both Liverpool and Spurs should have had one but for whatever reason the VAR and ref have decided not to give them and I cannot get my head round it when you see some of the other stuff that does get given.
As for Klopp being a knob he can be whatever he wants to be at the end of the day he's no different to what Ferguson used to do back in the day.
Klopp has definitely always had a want about him.
BBC Sport was told one of the mitigating factors behind the decision not to dismiss Kane for his first-half challenge was the fact Robertson lifted his standing leg out of the way of the Spurs captain's tackle.
Reminds me of the time Wilder moved his head forward into the fist of Tyson Fury.
I don't know where Liverpool fans get this reputation for being victims.
Kane is a turbo cunt and always has been though, his backing into airborne opponents is peak shithousery.
I don't know where Arsenal fans get this reputation for being obsessed.
If they are anything like the umpires I know, it's due to the massive ego that is required to actually jump through all the hoops (set by other egomaniacs) to get to the top of the discipline.
Whatever happened to RAWK Meltdown?
They started winning.
And? Football fans are still frequently deranged mongs when their team is doing well, there must be plenty of good stuff still lurking on RAWK.
Coupled with United not winning. It's a lot easier to take the piss when you are top.
Well it took me 30 seconds to go on there, pick a thread and see somebody describe van Dijk as a "walking This Is Anfield sign" and another praise the COURAGE of him taking a free kick so I'm not having that a few years of being good has cured all of them from being enormous fannies.
Get the fuck back to the NFL thread and whatnot, you mongs.
Undoubtedly they are. But, when you are getting twonked at home by the same team you want to take the piss out of 5-1 or finishing 30 odd points behind them in the league I think arguments like which flavour of shit do you want in your midfield Fred, McTominay, Matic or Pogba are more pressing questions.
