That ending
Too many groups
All those shit teams
England
VAR
Taz's predictions
Nothing. International tournaments are the best.
That ending
If Scotland could finish, they'd be dangerous. I still hold out hope they can put one past Croatia.
I genuinely don't think we've tried to win that game, which is fine, but there's absolutely no accountability for Southgate when we lose to the first good team we play, which is very frustrating.
He has no interest in making us a good team.
We don’t create anything close to an acceptable amount of chances and are so fucking boring to watch.
Terrible game. No intent at all.
He used two like-for-like substitutions, and they were largely made on name recognition.
I nearly died at the end. Win on Tuesday and we’re through. Kieran Tierney and Andy Robertson are the two best left backs in the world. Why did we have to get two world class players in the same position.
Adams was brilliant, hopefully they’ve not gassed out too much for Tuesday but Croatia suit us. Mon
Teams with 0 goals:
Scotland
Spain
Germany
Turkey
Hungary

Yevrah over to you boss.
When we lose against the Czechs I want a Southgate ‘catalogue of cuntery’ analysis post please.
My biggest issue is, as I’m fine with being solid and dull, what happened to the set pieces from the last World Cup. We were doing really inventive work then and it’s such a weapon in tournament football.
VAR having a shocker today.
John McGinn. My guy
Boring as fuck.
Winning the Croatia game masked a lot of issues, poor in that game and didn’t really make much and tonight was just a continuation of that there is no creativity they will beat the Czech’s but play someone decent and be well beaten.
How many times did Grealish get kicked after he came on, like 5? He's a free kick generator. Play him and Ward-Prowse (who isn't in the squad, obvs) instead of Sterling and Rice. Oh no, it's too attacking. Cry me a river.
lol at the fans drowning out Kane in this interview.
Imagine getting dominated by Grant Hanley. Haha.
Scotland.
Fairly solid from England. Basically the same performance as the first game but against a better team. Sees them through anyway.
Are England better off coming 2nd, next-opponent wise?
I'm a twit
I am on the tartan train for Tuesday. Modric crashing out in disgrace would be sweet.
Doubt I'll even turn on Czech Rep 0-0 England.
lol at Gary Neville covering for Southgate after calling him our 'biggest asset'.
I’m glad we drew, only needing a draw to qualify on Tuesday would see us fold under pressure. We’ll still cuck it, but at least it’ll be in glorious fashion
He just said it's a young team who haven't played under pressure. I'm reeling here.
3 players starting joined the team from a CL final
Southgate has got zero passion or charisma. We are going to get royally bummed at some point, maybe by Schick.
Kane and set pieces bailed him out at the last tournament, if we don't have those we are fucked.
Wouldn't really fancy us against anyone at the moment, we're that stodgy and defensive. Obviously he has a contract for the next tournament cycle as well (why?) so we're stuck with this shite forever despite the most exciting crop of attackers for years.
Who would you Southgate haters want as England boss? Being realistic.
I'm a twit
Scotland should definitely be unhappy not to have won that. At least both them and Croatia will be going at it in a winner takes all final game now. Good for the scenes.
Billy Gilmour is fantastic.
Steve Bruce. Just to see how he gets on.
Actually, International Potterball.
I think it’s more the point what did Southgate ever do to warrant getting the job? The World Cup was a fluke yes you can only beat what’s in front of you, but he played 2 decent but not brilliant teams and lost all three games, drew with a semi-decent Columbia and managed to actually beat in the tournament Tunisia, Panama and Sweden. To me he’s just Hodgson in a waistcoat who got a bit lucky in the last World Cup.
That was absolutely woeful.
Watching England is like this:
I really hope we steamroll Poland 6-0 and get ahead of Spain on goal difference just so the "strategically avoiding group F" thing backfires.
Something has to be amiss with Kane. I've never seen him play so poorly.
He's playing like shit so Levy can't price him out of a move.
