Actually, spaghetti is a bad choice to pair with bolognese, and there’s a more-or-less non-wank reason for it. Something longer and flatter (like tagliatelle or fettuccine) or with ridges (like penne rigate) helps the sauce stick better so you get more sauce per bite and aren’t left with a load of it at the bottom after.

Preferably something easier managed for me seeing as they all taste the same anyway. The big shell ones pick up loads and can be stabbed with a fork.

Chicken pasta is awesome. Chicken on pizza is fine but usually the chicken gets dried out that way

I once had a cheeseburger pizza in the U S of A. It was alright.

I think the most versatile food is a chicken dipper and I'd happily eat that on a pizza.

What exactly is this grand British ham that's gripped everyone in this thread? The best pork products I can think of are prosciutto, chorizo and black forest ham (in that order), none of which are British and all of which have been seemingly denounced by people with no taste

I like it if you cook the bollocks out of it and melt all the gristle out of it. Crispy chorizo

I can stomach it, but it's still too salty for me. It doesn't help that I'm not a massive fan of Paprika.

Still wouldn’t be a patch on proper pork/ham stuff like Lewis said but I do like paprika so it’s worth a go the odd time.

Crisping up any of those mainly fat/gristle southern european meats elevates them.

American bacon is a war crime.

Anyone trying to do a "British" (and bottom Ireland) breakfast in a hotel commits war crimes.

Some cunt married a Spanish rich gyal who had laid out some jamon iberico (? Basically a leg of ham that some poor sod was cutting into wafer thin slices) at the wedding. Let me tell you, for that one hour you wouldn't know I was a superior human being to you all, the way I went back for more and more

Wait, yeah, I'm with mokkers here. While British pigs are glorious, what British pork products are superior to what they do on the continent? British bacon is...fine? Breakfast sausages are...fine? Everyone and their mum has done a version of black pudding from time immemorial...I'm struggling here.
