The team chasing the game. It hasn't cost you anything here but it's mindless given you gain nothing by hitting them before their front line has pressed.
Edit: actually I guess it could be argued you'd be less liable to getting hit on the break if your attacks result in a quick turnover so ignore me.
You're watching too much football.
Woah there, Sherlock, save some of those cutting insights in case someone asks you if water is wet.
Would actually like to be freed of it but is our only break going to be in summer 2023?
You can take a break whenever you like. I've watched about 4 games this season.
I've lost interest now Chelsea are winning games again. It's not the same.
Watching United so thoroughly drains me of any enthusiasm for football I can't remember the last time I gave my full attention to a game I didn't have any obligation to feel invested in.
I was going to say I'm out until fans come back, but it's a bigger problem than that. I simply can't abide watching teams faff about with it at the back. It's just maddening no matter who does it and it having become the dominant strain of modern football cuts me to my received wisdom middle aged core. Never pass the ball across your own goal etc.
What an odd reasoning.
I think it's mostly age. Enthusiasm wanes and these are testing times.
Its filling the void for me, helps that Leicester are going well Im sure. Found my attention span has completely gone during all this, cant sit and read a book or watch a film. Football can be consumed fairly passively at least.
Really miss going to the ground though
Barring a decent season in the Championship (spread across two years), we've just had to tolerate 10 whole years of absolute penny pinching, going down the plug hole, catastrophic shite. Now's not the time for losing interest.
I've watched more football than ever this last year. Used to be 4 or 5 games a week and now it's at least double that.
I don't enjoy it as much as before but there's so little else to do its nice to have something in the background.
Some weekends I've watched every Premier League game.

I think I've watched more English soccer than ever lately because I bought Sky Sports for the NFL and the EPL always seems to be on with the kickoffs being so spread out and fuck all else being on. That said, now that the former is finished I'll have no qualms about cancelling the channel because the actual games tend to be terrible for the most part.
I'm just watching United games these days. But that's more to do with the fact that I have less free time than ever.
Twitter search Saliba Matuidi
Looks like Diallo is in the squad for tonight.
After 6 goal contributions in 2 u23 games it was evident he's above such nonsense.
I hope he's keen for a potential 94th minute appearance from the bench.
His African midget arse will be sent on a loan to a European league quicker than you can say Max Gradel.
Diallo on the bench
He won't get on unless they're out of sight or losing.
Rashford's dribbling is absolutely filthy. If he sorts out his decision making he's going to be some player.
He ran into a defender mate
He's a 'baller for sure.
Hes had long enough to be some player at this stage if he was ever going to be one.
Captain Tom is quicker than Mark Noble.
Even today.
How do you end up being second best to this West Ham XI for nearly 20 mins? Ah yes, by not having a manager.
Just the 1 centre back, 3 right backs, 1 left back, 3 defensive midfielders and 2 wingers for West Ham on the pitch.
Has Martial ever been taken off?
No.
Another 30 minutes of this
Wahey fresh full-backs. That should do it.
Jesus, someone chucked a banana at AWB as he was walking off. Harrowing scenes.
It's not like Telles was our best player during the match or that he's a great penalty taker.
This geezer up front for West Ham will be playing semi pro football in a few years
McTominay has become a decent finisher.
Mctominay, McGinn and Gilmour will run international football for years to come
He loves a low driven
Maguire saying the performance was good
Match of the season. I can't wait for the DVD.
Another glorious outing for Man Red.

What exactly is this about? Is it some BANTER scheme or a tax dodge or what?
