This game has been 90 minutes long and at least 25 of them have been Kurt Zouma pondering with the ball at his feet.

Gah, I have watched 3 hours of seriously dreadful football this evening. We are not the same side without our wide players, all of whom (Pulisic, Ziyech and Hudson-Odoi) are injured. Pulisic in particular has reached the point where his fitness record stops being unlucky and starts being pretty unacceptable.
Our man Harvey is tearing up the Championship at 17. It makes me sick to see it but an England side with him, Jones and Foden is looling pretty fucking serious for after Qatar. The latter two should be starters now tbf.
Ivan Toney will be in a side once he smashes a hat trick past us in a week's time.
That is horrific goalkeeping.
I don't think I've ever seen such a routine Premier league win for Southampton. Better in every area of the pitch.
Going to be a really long season for Sheffield United. Poor at the back, not much going on in midfield and then piss poor upfront. Ramsdale was the only player to come out with any credit.

Signing Brewster for a club record fee and not playing him might be some of the worst transfer business in PL history.
And with a squad that is, on paper, better than the one that everyone was wanking themselves silly over this time last season. Football is weird.
Henderson definite big loss. Possibly O'Connell, too? It's very strange though.
Jota now out for 6-8 weeks. Minamino best get his act together for the inevitable front 3 injury that is now surely coming.
That was a great game. That was some fingertip save at the end considering he looks about 5ft5
Fulham have been dominant here. Just waiting on them to fuck it up.
Great half from us. Lookman is quality in the final third.
Nervous for the 2nd half now, undoubtedly Klopp will be sticking it to them so we need to hold out somehow.
I don't know what Fulham have been playing at in the first 10 games, they looked great there.
Maybe the electric atmosphere of Craven Cottage has made the difference.
Looks like we just about got a handle on the situation in the last 5 or so mins there. As bad as I've seen us up to that point. Everything to slow and sloppy.
We've been fucking disgraceful. And that muzzy learning how to dive convincingly would have VAR'd their goal off. We need a second half siege and we don't have anything on the bench to kickstart it.
Minamino has it in the locker. Believe.
We look much better. 1 goal and it'll happen but openingslook rare. Need a worldie.
The Gini-Minnie-Mane-Mo combo always did sound betterthan it would be in practice.
That's the best combo I've seen.
Big club gets bullshit penalty decision against smaller club shocker.
Whoever wins the league will be lucky to scrape 80 points
Way more of a frantic game than I expected to see tbf. Took Liverpool the entire first half to deal with it properly. It felt like had Hendersons chance gone in, we may have gone on to take the game.
Tough to take more injury news though. Jota gone til February as is Tsimikas and Matip seems incapable of playing more than once a week.
How many more injuries before Klopp changes his approach to training/matchday?
No coincidence they’ve went to shit since social distancing and bubbles were formed. No access to the labs for their peds
Chris Wood has just possibly Just made the worst miss I’ve ever seen from a professional footballer. You can talk about some scuff from 2 yards out but the technique required for this man not to score is so bad he should be fined a weeks wages. Let me find it.
This? It's bad, but it's not that bad.
It didn’t live up to the description.
How to peds stop knee injuries?
Maybe it's just middle aged malaise, maybe it's the lack of fans, maybe it's the full impact of VAR, maybe it's the schedule, but whatever it is, this is the worst season of football across the board I can ever remember. Every game is just absolute wank.
Tailor made for Mourinho magic.
I reckon mourinho will be ringing Miguel Delaney up if he wins it this year just to shout 'respect'.
I am all for giving a manager time to do a complete club overhaul but when you bang on about 'non-negotiables' and then start Xhaka and Willian every week it's not exactly great.
What is going on there?
Mourinho won’t be winning anything there.
Guaita has been a very good goalkeeper for some time now.
Apparently it's the Champions League last 16 draw soon....
Group winners (seeded): Bayern, Dortmund, Chelsea, Juventus, Liverpool, Man City, PSG, Real Madrid
Runners-up (unseeded): Atalanta, Atlético, Barcelona, Mönchengladbach, Lazio, Leipzig, Porto, Sevilla
That looks like the most competitive last sixteen for some years.
Is that the weakest CL last 16 for ages? The second pot has nothing in it and the first pot isn't much better.
Anyone that isn't Atletico is fine by me. Ideally not Porto for about the 5th year on the run though.
M'eh.
Most them look easy to predict. Liverpool, Atletico, City, Bayern, Juve, PSG, Madrid and Sevilla
Porto, Lyon and Juventus have been holding the world's most pointless triangular for about 15 years now.
'Atleti' shitting the bed against Real at the weekend doesn't really bode well for them having found the necessary bottle to have more than the odd decent game in the knock-outs. Chelsea will probably lol them out of the competition.
None of the teams in the last 16 of the CL are top of their domestic league.
Just seen the Europa draw. That's United done.
Gutted to miss out on an away day in Prague.
