I don't get it what it's about. However, I do kind of like the execution and they've used some cool/unique players.

Just played someone in One Nation who went 1-0 up and paused for me. I stayed on and played obviously.
When I made it 3-1 I decided to pause for him but he kept on playing. By the 85th minute it was 6-1 and then with 10 seconds left on the clock he boots the ball out for a throw in so he can quit.
I think I broke him with this world class goal:

I had someone go 3-0 up earlier (he paused after each goal). I made it 3-1 and paused for him, he then made it 4-1 and he was so triggered that he did the shush/can't hear running celebration combo. When I made it 4-2 he decided to play keep ball between his defenders.
Afterwards he sent me a message saying "That's what you get for not playing golden goal". Gave me a good chuckle.
I've turned receiving messages from non friends off and I love the thought of some toxic weasel going to send me one then realising they can't.

When Smalling gets his upgrade I think I will give this a bash in some rivals games. Not true CDM option that I can see thats English (pass on Henderson) so Kante will do.

After falling asleep while streaming I finally finished the French league SBC this morning before work.
Also got something good from a major league SBC pack for the first time in ages. What IF Leiva (who is cheap but will be a pretty solid CDM as a 90) and Ter Stegen.
The latter goes straight into the final squad I have left to do for Messi (the 88). After getting nothing useful over the weekend the last 24 hours have been cracking. Finished the 89 squad last night and now just need 2 86s, 1 87, 2 88s and an 89 to finish the little genius.
TBF that was the joke. Reuniting him and Smalling(Gomez would likely come in if I was being serious with it.)
Did a few 81 double upgrades with dupes I had on the transfer list and I am now three players (an 88 and two 89s) away from Messi.
I think as punishment for this unnecessary trolling you should be forced to play with him at the back for WLTBF that was the joke. Reuniting him and Smalling
I got Lloris and Bonucci out of that freebie pack but both dupes, so need them to release a decent SBC I want to chuck them into. Nothing out at the moment interests me.
Nice to see TOTY Davies coming down in price. Around 1.5m at the moment...if he keeps coming down I might have enough to pick him up if I sell some fodder/make a bit.

100k for that is ok. It’s proper rare in being a strong link to Rooney, who is class, and looks to be an upgrade on Vardy for me - if I sell Vardy that’s 150k or so back in the club too. My concern is that Blackburn are utter shite, particularly when it comes to scoring, so he’s got a good chance at being locked at 85.

Did the guaranteed WIF today and got another Yuri.
Think I'll have to quick sell and recover later as I'm so low on fodder right now.
I was only deemed worthy of the lesser pack for time played so nothing of note from it for me.
The path to Messi has also become a bit more clear. I've ticked off the 86 squad now so I'm halfway done, but have the 89, 88 and 85 IF squad left. I only needed to buy 1 Immobile to get to this point, for the last squad and I ended up getting back 2 x discard IF in the pack along with some pretty decent silvers. I've also yet to use anything I'll remotely miss putting in.
I'm obviously minus some fodder, but in terms of coins I'm actually still in profit from doing this so far. Obviously with the 2 squads ahead that should soon change.
I can tick one of the two big boys off with just objective and SBC cards I just don't use now. Though now we do get into the realms of losing something I may miss. The idea for now is to do this and then buy the other squad with coins. Currently I've 210k and that will be up hopefully close to 350k after rewards day.
The 85 squad should take care of itself in time. Any high rated reds or pack pulls of 84/85 are going into that SBC.
I've yet to hit that point of no return where I'm committed to doing the full thing, but it's close now. The 81+ double upgrades keep churning back 81s and 82s at me which has slowed progress a little, but that 89 SBC is currently 610k. So being over halfway there soon is good motivation. I would hope for some 87+ pulls though. There's 1 or 2 special cards currently as placeholders in the top squad I'd really rather not use, but I will if I really have to.

Did a coupe of the 83+ packs as I had some duplicates to get rid of and got IF Casemiro and Handanovic out of them
Gamble didn't pay off.
Should have taken the 390k pre-game.
Klostermann down to 285k (although I've seen undercuts as low as 275k) but I think I'll keep mine to sell tomorrow as I don't think he'll lose too much more as he's still a really good card.

I did Armstrong and managed to get him and Rooney into the team. He feels rapid. Two goals and assist in the first game that only lasted 60 mins.
Klostermann seems to be hovering around 340k right now which isn't bad. That's how much I paid for him ages ago so losing out on tax for all the games I played with him is an ok outcome.
Hopefully he might even rise a little tomorrow or the day after as people buy for Rivals.
Also, I did do Armstrong today. I still feel he's overpriced but I couldn't fit my dupe Yuri into a Joe Hart solution as my club is too bare right now.
Managed to get thought most of the EFL stuff today. Need two wins, a finesse and then to sit through 9 games.
Just had a game where the other person got DC'd and it didnt count for the win (4-0 up) but counted for games. Ugh.
Nothing to shout about with the rewards. Kaderabek and Shaw as my reds. 100k pack number 1 showed me a walkout but it was a fraud one and was De Vrij. Everything else was 82 rated or lower. Yuck. Pack 2 was better. Another walkout, but it ended up being Pique. Behind him were Bonnuci and Gnabry though so that's not so bad.
Even though I have had no luck from the upgrades I chucked the shite through them. Ended up with a Witsel which along with the earlier pulls, completes the 85 + IF, though for now I could ideally use another 86 to not use that special Dos Santos card.
I also had 9 or so useless 82s, so they went into the 83+ and out walks Jan Oblak. Massive help towards the top squad. I now could actually submit that one too, but that is packed full of special and objective cards. Some of which I'd like to give a go at saving.
I've 320k to back that up so in theory I am almost there. Though I doubt it happens this week.
