It's a prequel to the Gears of Wars games but as turn based tactics game similar to the Xcom franchise.

I really like it but I was so close to getting absolutely destroyed on Chapter 1 Act 4 (apparently it's almost impossible on Insane).

Came out a few days ago and is available on Gamepass.
