Having faith in the young players was force of circumstance and it's clearly gone out the window now they can spend money again, probably rightly. Bit of a shame that they've gone from prospectively having 4 or 5 youth players in the first XI to, probably 1 at most.

Mount will play a lot: a) general rotation, and b) at least one of the newbies probably won't be all he's cracked up to be. Mount is a very solid performer already and if he adds a bit of clinicality in front of goal could still reach top, top status.
Mount will be fine. It’s Tammy that’s set for a Kevin Campbell-esque trip around the mid table, always top scorer at a low scoring club, never decent value for money in fantasy football, always the memories of that one season he did well at a top club.
