I don't think, since the rules on households being allowed to mix at Christmas were announced, a single day has gone by where the BBC hasn't dedicated at least one of the top slots on it's news homepage to a story that effectively puts forward the counter-point that we still shouldn't see anyone and "you'll kill you Nan if you do", or something similarly doom and gloom.
