My job relies on the DWP's inherent distrust of machines.
In my last job we had an Excel macro we ran every week that told us what offenders were in receipt of benefits. It wasn't ideal, as it would throw up a 'management check' every 100 searches, but it converted about a weeks worth of work into a 2 hour macro process. That was done on the DWP's portal.

Did I read rightly the other day that there have only been 150 odd deaths of people under 40 from this in the UK? Out of presumably hundreds of thousands of cases/infections.
