If I were in charge I'd sack them now (Yes/No): No
Areas they have performed well in: The great quality he has is that unlike the legions of Italians and other 'cultured' managers we have had, he never goes for the safe option unless it is demonstrably prudent to do so. When you have people like Sarri, Conte, Ancelotti, even Ranieri in charge of your side (and obviously Mourinho is very much like this too), the styles of play may differ but the managerial approach is always identical - strive for tactical control, close the game down if you go a goal up, and never, EVER take any risks with selection. Lampard takes the opposite approach to this. He just says fuck it we're going to try things. A lot has worked, some hasn't, but as a supporter it makes the watching experience a lot more enjoyable.
Any other comments: We are unbelievably, incredibly naive at times and that I think is a consequence of Lampard's managerial inexperience but to be honest this is just what you get when he takes the bold approach to managing a football side that he does, and I'm willing to live with it.
