Did Guedes, he will be nice for La Liga first owned and he was cheap. Havertz is a bit too much for someone I wont use. Will likely dip into Bolasie and the old firm SBC (thinking Forrest) in a couple of days.
I did sell my Acuna IF for max bin.
Guedes in for much the same reasons as you Danny.
Need to get Havertz's loan to finish off the Futmas gathering objectives as I binned Cavani into Messi before I'd sorted those.
Completed Gbamin and Thiago Mendes last night in a glut of games. Also managed to get the Elite Storyline objective complete for the packs.
Absolutely naff all in all the packs back. I didn't get one board in about 15 packs between those and Marquee Matchups.
The season ended and are now into the ‘holiday season’. Shortened season with smaller XP needed for levels.
Loan ICON Zidane included as one of the objectives. Some relatively easy shit to get through too.
Edit: and a FUTMAS Santi Cazorla and the cap players are 87 Michy and 87 Perisic.
Batshuayi looks properly crap for an 87, but I'll be going at least high enough to get that Cazorla. He's always good fun to use once he's been boosted enough for his pace to be acceptable.

Shockingly priced 86 Sissoko.
The price difference was a lot closer on release. His normal took a dive towards the high 20's and the SBC went up quickly.
I havent used him but everyone is saying he is broken. Compared him to scream Alli and all he really has is some pace on him.
Also, I sold Acuna's LB IF for 45k when the Bolasie SBC came out. He is down in the 30's already.
2 x 86-rated squads for a bang average 84 card. Lol.
THE COMMUNITY will probably still lap it up though, Sissoko is lauded as being one of those broken players in the game.

I am in the process of gutting all my investments. I will probably end up about level from where I was but with the additions of Modric, Cavani, Rashford, DDG, Guedes and Atal from FUTMAS and a purchased Aguero. I would say I am pretty far ahead.
Wait for some heavy lightning rounds over the next few weeks and get back on the 85s at ~9k for the expected Mid Icon SBC.

Saw Sissoko and even though it's tempting. 300k for an 84 card. I just bought pogba for 170k instead.

That 15 low driven goals objective is such a shithouse. Online friendlies are dead and King of the Hill which is the only mode with any activity is utter arse.
The Mendy looks very good but also very expensive.

Mendy is a great card, but I already have Roberto Carlos who is arguably better and I wouldn't replace him with Mendy even if he is slightly worse.

I've gone in for Sanchez (s?) who looks great. Rapid and a bit of a unit.
Currently torn between base Sane and CL TOTT Sterling. The former seems to have better stats overall aside from slightly worse stamina, but Sterling is three overall points higher. Anyone tried them out?
I've used Sane and he was absolutely useless as a winger. I can't work out why, but he's just never in the right position. I think Yev had a similar experience with him.
Yev is playing him as a CDM because he's crap out wide.
Yep. Sane’s great as a striker and good as a central midfielder but doesn’t work that well on the wing.
Did Mendy last night, haven't got a chance to use him yet but ironically used Sane in the SBC's since I had one on the pile.

I'd recommend anyone with the necessary players, an 83 squad with at least one Englishman, do the Old Firm SBC for Ryan Kent. He's bonkers fast, a legitimately brilliant player with a Maestro card on him, and if we can see to Braga in February, which I fancy us to do, he'll essentially be an English Mbappe.
I picked him. Pretty much all things I have seen said he was unreal.
Sanches is a fun card. I have him in a deeper 2 with Mendes in my Ligue 1 team.
How are people getting the FUTMAS Flair objective done? I've just won a squad battle match four nil in which all four goals were overhead kicks scored by Rodrygo, who has the Flair trait, and I still haven't been credited with a single flair goal.
I've played five games now with Kent, shuffling my team slightly to fit him in, and he's on seven goals and five assists. He comes out of the wrapper with 98 acceleration, 97 pace, 99 agility, and 94 balance, so he feels incredibly nimble on the ball and if you can get even a half yard of space you can just turn on the jets and fuck off at speed down the wing. And if that wasn't enough, he has a five star weak foot and 85 finishing. At this stage of the game and with those requirements he's a bigger bargain than the POTM Vardy.
Just do normal tap ins/shots with the L2 modifier.
It's probably another broken mechanic and those are counting as volleys.
Assumed it was obvious from the fact I'd taken to scoring nothing but overhead kicks with a 76 rated player, but I've tried all the normal things. Have you completed the objective?
I got 1 in a match last night that ended 7-1.
I did it following this guys tutorial from when this came around last time.
That and by chipping/crossing the ball and holding L2. I dont remember exactly but I would have done it with Rashford, Mahrez and Mane, all 4*+
Got that new FUTMAS objective player. Very easy in the end. Will be away tomorrow to Friday though.

Picked up 4 Futmas players today. Santi Cazorla, Boulaya, Lozano and Renato Sanches.
Started saving packs for TOTY too and up to 20 now. I opened hundreds last year and won't get anywhere near whatever the number was this year, so hope my luck is in and if I am to pack one, it's not an untradeable Messi.

Base icon SBC has been reduced quite a bit tho. Had to be since the market is flying.
