You mean you dont want to play the same games again but remastered and on slightly better hardware?
I bought the 4 Pro straight away and then the 5 straight away but I am going wait on this. Doesn't seem worth it day 1.

So it seems the point of this is to aim for 4k60fps. You can currently get 4k or 60fps on the standard, but not both. So you must choose in settings if you want graphics or performance.
It's still a better deal for most than the PC route for now. If it does what it says it will do, that is. Your PC equivalent here is likely to be a little more into the ~£1k range and that's if you build it yourself.
We'll see how well this thing sells, but I don't think it will.
Yeah, even if you want to go down a pre-build route, £700 gets you something with an RTX 3050. Probably not comparable to the PS5's GPU but the raytracing support on the PC side is a little more widespread.
Man, that controller cable is neat. Fuck you, Sony.
That looks so sweet.
I need to replace my controller, if they're going for the standard price I'm having one of those.
Yeah I want one of those controllers.
Preorders up today.
Apparently costs £959.99 / €1099,99.
They priced the Pro at the same price in US and UK. That’s dangerous
Apparently it sold out in seconds.
I imagine so. When I got the 5 I was able to kind of fudge the queue by being on really early.
Didn’t work this time though. Got bumped to the “paused” queue like everyone else
I wonder how many they've got in production. You'd hope they judge the numbers better than the PSVR 2.
The PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection will be released on November 21. There will be 12,300 units of the PlayStation 5 Pro Console – 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle available for customers to purchase, with limited edition numbers etched onto the unit. The number represents the month and date of the first PlayStation console launch.
Ah, I thought this was the Pro.
Bought the normal pro. I imagine I can sell mine with upgraded hard drive for over half.
