I'd award 2 indirect free throws.
Tottenham vs. Arsenal (02/03)
El Clasico Mate (02/03)
Merseyside derby (03/03)
Milan derby (17/03)
Some random game John Arne will post about (??/??)
That Mitchell & Webb video must be over a decade old, Webly, you arse.
Some other derby nobody cares about
I'd award 2 indirect free throws.
No penalty (too close), no idea about offside (give me a proper angle), not a red unless there is some subtext and then maybe as the guy in white isn't interested in the ball (still probably not a red card).
Oh you guys.

All penalties being treated like those taken in shootouts is an abysmal idea. Just deeply terrible.
Change for changes sake. Absolute bullshit.
What possible reason is there for that change to made?
Because Vertonghen ran in the box - before Arsenal fucked their penalty up - and gained an unfair advantage. It's caused predictable outrage, despite the fact that 2 of their own players were running into the box when Kane took his.
Bless them.
Can someone explain why the Real fans seem to hate Gareth Bale? I can't see any conceivable reason why they would?
He's not Ronaldo
Or a massive arsehole.
Is that penalty rule change for real?
What the fuck?
This is a team that booed Ronaldo at times. Logic doesn't come into it.
Still reelin'.
This piece from the Fulham programme
That is outstanding
That's all very good, but I'm not sure you could call his time at Inter a success, by any reasonble standard, although I was surprised to learn he stayed there for a couple of seasons.
Didn't much fancy some Brazilian no-mark they had at leftback, as I recall.
He was certainly no Paul Konchesky.
It is remarkable to think how much the football landscape has changed from Woy's days back at Inter.
Fresh off the back of finishing 3rd in the league (no Champions League) and being piloted to an unsuccessful UEFA Cup Final against Schalke (lol), and midway through a domestic torpor that would need all of their rivals to be relegated before it would be broken, Inter were able to go out and buy the best centre-forward in the world from Barcelona, only one extraodinary season after he'd joined them.
"Golaço!" indeed.
Seems to have not even been discussed so take the rest with a pinch of salt I guess.
I kind support that tbh. Rebound penalties always feel cheap.
I'm always generally gutted for keepers who save the initial pen but get beat by the rebound but I'm not sure it should necessarily be changed.
Fancy Ajax to do bits.
I’ve always thought penalties are stupid. You’re fouled an inch out of the box, near its corner, you get a free kick with an 8% success rate. You get fouled an inch further in and suddenly you’re taking a set piece with an 80% success rate. There’s hardly a tangible difference between the two! It’s so dumb
I broadly agree with Mokkers on this, or at least see his point, but Giggles has it, there has to be a line somewhere.
Yeah I definitely think he's right in a way and the more you think about it the more stupid it seems but, as far as I can think anyway, it is probably still the best solution.
I'd be up for narrowing it a bit though, even just near the end lines.
Penalty trapezoid
The only real solution would be to make the 18 yard box smaller but surely that's a slippery slope.
Personally, I think it's fine, but I can understand the sentiment.
Really it should be a semi-circle rather than a box. Only problem is it then looks like a hockey pitch and conjours up images of 22 wankers clickety-clacking in skirts.
I'm only switching over to Spurs once they go 2-0 down.
I think they could take free kicks inside the box. It would be like those rare indirect free kicks from the penalty spot area, except you wouldn’t have to lay it off to anybody.
Of course you could have a wall. And the success rate would be pretty high, but not nearly as high as with a penalty, which is reasonable.
When I think of indirect free kicks in the box I think of Shearer twatting it home for England in the 90s
Dortmund team looks strong.
Picking up a feed German Sky Sports News here for the CL and TV is weird there. One of the presenters looks like a sketch show joke of a typical American (fat lad with a bad baseball cap) and they actually stopped talking in respect of the champions league anthem
This Margot Dumont bird though.
Ooof.
Ajax have gone 1 up having been on the backfoot thus far.
Lovely finish by Ziyech.
Stunning.
This Ajax side is going to get picked clean very soon, probably this summer.
That is some goal.
2-0.
What scenes.
Ajax are leading 3-2 on aggregate right now.
Dusan Tadic is absolutely beasting this.
Harry Kane has had about 6 good weeks in the last year. How much could we sell him for? If it's 120+ I'd say do it.
And Harry Winks has had about 6 good minutes in his entire career
Neres should have made it 3.
Madrid are all over the place at the back.
