As was said earlier, insurance won’t touch this. They always look for any reason not to pay and I’m sure they have many in this case.
Do like that they reacted saying he’s always a Cardiff player and now they are claiming he never was...

It does intrigue me if the done thing is to get players to pose with the kit before the formalities have been all signed and sealed. As for insurance, if Sala or Mackay's arranged this without Cardiff's agreement, no insurance company will pay out. Assuming he was legally an employee of Cardiff to begin with.
Imagine a legal case where they use "well you printed a gigantic banner that says "our" implying ownership of said player..."
We never saw you play, or help defend on corners
But we'll milk your death for all it's worth like good grief-jacking mourners
Nowt wrong with that.

I understand the Northern section of Wales being a bit Scouse, but there's no excuse in the almost civilised parts down south.
Wouldn't it be the other way around? You never hear much about North Wales, which suggests that the people there just get on with it, rather than tearing up over crap songs and mewling about the coal industry.
You don't hear about them because their caves are hard to reach and they can't communicate outside of a series of grunts, screeches and gestures.
Where did Smiffy go?
