After narrowing it down to Croatia, Austria or Greece I thought I'd check CD keys for the price of the newer versions just on the off chance of avoiding the above mentioned gap in time.

FM18 is only £4 and 19 is £13.

I'll probably pick on of those versions up and carry on with it instead, assuming both will run more efficiently as each version seems to.
