That could be a career ender actually.

The other Cyborg has set up a GoFundMe page for him to cover his medical bills. Seven grand in three hours.

Former heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar also failed an in-competition drug test at UFC 200, according to a statement released by the promotion on Tuesday.

It was initially revealed on Friday that Lesnar was facing a potential anti-doping policy violation stemming from an out-of-competition sample collected on June 28, although the results were not processed by the WADA-accredited UCLA Olympic lab on July 14, five days after the conclusion of UFC 200.

According to the latest statement, Lesnar’s sample tested positive for the same substance on both occasions. It still remains unknown the substance for which Lesnar tested positive. The UFC’s full statement is as follows:

The UFC organization was notified today that the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has informed Brock Lesnar that his in-competition sample collection from July 9, 2016, at UFC 200, has tested positive for the same substance as his previously announced out-of-competition collection on June 28, 2016.

USADA, the independent administrator of the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, will handle the results management and appropriate adjudication of this case. It is important to note that, under the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, there is a full fair legal review process that is afforded to all athletes before any sanctions are imposed. The Nevada State Athletic Commission also retains jurisdiction over this matter as the sample collection was performed at UFC 200 in Las Vegas.

Consistent with all previous potential anti-doping violations, additional information will be provided at the appropriate time as the process moves forward.

    Same chemical as Jones apparently.

Given that he passed multiple tests prior to these two, did he fuck up? Not sure if this kind of stuff can be masked somehow,

Chad Mendes has been banned for 2 years for pissing hot last month.

Also, Dana White has thrown his support towards Donald Trump:

Interestingly the WWE Wellness Policy only covers 'full time performers', which makes sense when you realise that HHH and Vincent Kennedy McMahon still work there.

The new doping controls are going to catch a shitload of people out. About a quarter of the roster will be fucked by the end of the year. Bringing in the new controls was a calculated risk and it looks like it's going to blow up on them. The sale couldn't have been timed any better from the Fertittas point of view.

They've made everything a hundred times more stringent, changed the labs, and given USADA free reign to test whoever and whenever they want. There are new things banned and new indicators being picked up on too, but the biggest change is that they've farmed it out to USADA where before it was largely internal.

They changed the disciplinary process too, where before you could get six months backdated or a fine for a first offence, now it's an automatic two year ban that they can boost to four if you've been particularly egregious about it. If your first offence is a four and you fuck up again, the second ban is an automatic eight years.

People were still pinged for it occasionally, but it was all done in concert with whichever athletic commission was covering the event a fighter was signed on to, so it was pretty easily gamed. The UFC itself was guilty of finding ways around it as well, actually. When the blanket ban on TRT came in Vitor Belfort went from not having fought in Brazil for fourteen years to fighting almost exclusively in Brazil, because TRT wasn't banned there.

It also lead to lol things like Wanderlei Silva literally running out of the building when a drug tester turned up unannounced, and then being banned for life for it by the NSAC.

Sonnen had a pretty lol story of Jones hiding under the ring for about 8 hours because the official turned up at his gym unannounced and then said he would wait.

Amir Khan reckons he's going to put in a year of training MMA and then fight Connor McGregor in the UFC.

Given how his chin holds up to a padded fist can you imagine what he'd be like if he got head kicked? It'd be like when Wile E. Coyote would accidentally slingshot himself into a cliffside.

Wanderlei was, like Chael, one fo the first two guys to get tested. When you hear how the tester arrived without id, refused to let Wanderlei read through of have his legal representation read through the paperwork etc, I don't blame him from walking away. Sonnen explained exactly what happened on Rogan's JRE recently.

Chad Mendes’ positive drug test for Growth Hormone-Releasing Hexapeptide (GHRP-6) was triggered by a cream used to treat his lifelong skin condition, a source close to Mendes told BloodyElbow.com. The UFC featherweight contender used the cream without knowing it contained GHRP-6, per the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

GHRP-6 is part of a class of drugs called growth hormone releasing peptides. It “is a substance which is designed to increase your body’s natural production of growth hormone,” as written by Iain Kidd in a recent story on the banned substance.

Testing bodies should operate on a zero tolerance, accept no excuse basis so we don't have to see all these athletes twist themselves into knots trying to explain it away.

There's a genuine issue with tainted supplements, but I suppose it's not unreasonable to expect a fighter to do their homework on that stuff.

But they're professional athletes who know USADA's stance.

I know Mighty Mouse sends them everything/calls them before taking anything and gets the all clear from them.

That shot from Woodley was an absolute whopper but I maintain that he should have been nowhere near a title fight. His last fight was a split decision over Kelvin Gastelum the better part of two years ago, for fuck sake.

Stephen Thompson, who'd won six in a row, four of them by knockout and one of them against a guy now knocking guys out a weight above, before he fought McDonald last month. He should have fought Lawler last night, while Woodley should have fought McDonald last month so that if he did get a title shot it would at least feel earned.

It's funny how obviously they're building Yair Rodriguez up to be 'the new Conor' in case Nate Diaz biffs him again.

Yair is fucking great and every bit as exciting a fighter as McGregor but his press conferences tend to be reasonably respectful affairs so fingers crossed they actually do give him a heavy push.

Cheers. I won't be bothering cos not enough of my mates like UFC, and it's a bit pricey if you're just going for a pissup.

Here's to hoping Bisping KO's him and delivers a few cheap shots when he's down. Revenge.

As for Saturday, I'm looking forward to seeing Rumble. Really don't know what to expect. PS C'mon Nate!

Bisping has said that Jon Jones actually failed his test due to the drug, Cialis. The drug is to help with erectile dysfunction and Jones decided to be cheap and buy a generic brand which has estrogen blockers in it.

"It turns out Jon Jones didn’t take the estrogen blockers or whatever it was and, therefore, he may be coming back sooner rather than later," Bisping said. "I hear that the supplement in question — and it’s not even a supplement — was a sex aid, Cialis, but it was a generic version — it wasn’t the brand name. It apparently has estrogen blockers in it. That’s what he took and he’s maybe just looking at a little slap on the wrist."

    Stunning.
