Liverpool are still firmly in control thanks to the spanking of teams earlier in the season. Assuming Spurs win out and it's down to Liverpool and Chelsea, there's only 2 scenarios which get Chelsea 4th.
They have to win all 3 games themselves regardless. They need Liverpool to drop points against Brighton, or overturn 17 goals worth of difference.
My fear is that Liverpool have to win that last game of the season, and relegate Brighton in the process. It's a fairly long shot, but it's getting more proximate.
