Fuck this, I'm going back to counselling. My anxiety is through the roof, I'm desperately lonely, I feel totally out of control of everything in my life. I am at 90% of my pressure bar constantly and it occasionally spills over. More often than I'd like. I'm struggling to sleep without waking 40 times a night as well.
Found out on sunday night that my old housemate committed suicide.
We weren't really in particularly regular contact any more (which I now feel guilty about) but it's really shaken me up.
Going to the funeral tomorrow. It's going to be horrible.

Yeah, she had a lot of problems but I didn't think it would get that bad. She was going back to uni last September and things were meant to be turning around. I don't know what happened.

There’s not much point in feeling guilty. People lose touch all the time and unless she was making it known she was relying on you then there’s nothing to be hard on yourself over.

Yeah that's a factor. I think I'm partially concerned that I'm looking at future me.
Sometimes I use this place to vent about personal stuff when I'm feeling a bit emosh and I always regret it.
