You can still get him for 280k so I haven't made a huge amount yet, but I just wanted the card, his PotM one is the card I miss the most from the previous account.

Have they changed the rules on player chemistry for subs then? In previous versions a subbed player just took over the chemistry of whoever he was replacing.
It's been this way for years now, I don't even know if the replacing chemistry was ever a thing.
Alan Shearer's Prime Icon now costs the same to buy as it does to do the SBC. As soon as a clean one hits I may go for that as a trial.
Kluivert's loan now has 13 goals and 11 assists in 11 games yet I hate him so much.

I've not bothered with this years version at all so far. Every now and then I get a little tempted, but then I remember you pretty much have to play FUT champs to get anywhere or be good at trading. I've burnt out a lot last year and not getting nearly as much sleep these days.

I've had two accounts so far this year and I've not touched FUT Champs in either. The first I got bored of because I did put a few quid in and there was no challenge as a result. On the second account I've spent nothing (bar the use of a GAME gift card) and have a reasonable team, 1m coins in the bank and a shit load of valuable cards in the club.
I've only played Fut champs once.
I did 7 games and sacked it off.
I have spent money on this but you don't need to to get a good team.
SBCs and the SB get you a lot of packs.
