    Slush Puppies

What happened to them? Can you buy them any more?

I've got a hangover and I'd really like a massive raspberry one.

Funnily enough I had one for the first time, in probably over a decade, just a couple of months ago at Hunstanton.

Went for Cherry, didn't finish it, ended up in the bin.

Always remember them from dodgy cornershops, one blue one scarily red that you could pour yourself.

Haven't seen them about in years.

    Whereabouts in Hunstanton?

    Cherry was a schoolboy error.

There's no point in them anymore, not when you can get the mental fizzy tango shit at cinemas.

It was by the beach from some place selling ice creams, just up from the Sea Life, but not the one next to the shambles of a 'diner'.

    Yeah, clocked that too.

Slush Puppie really should be a bigger brand than it is in this country.

Look at Waff, on the cusp of £19k a year and advocating frivolous expenditure like a slush puppie machine.

Well, it's called a snow clone maker but they're basically the same. Just buy your own syrup and ice.

If you're wanting the tango blasts - go to the cinemas. Slush puppies are sold on fleek around here.

What does fleek mean? Are you trying to imitate Pepe saying flick?

Go out and get a Tango then and report back. I'm tempted to do the same.

I only ever seem to find them being sold in bowling alleys, and that's a lot of faff just to get one. They really should be more of a thing.

Indeed. The ice based drinks market really should be bigger.

They're always sold at convenience stores here (do those exist in Britain?) and the big movie theaters too. Now I'm craving one, cheers Yev.

Those Tango things at the cinema are absurdly expensive (like all cinema food).

Bringing your own stuff is the way to go.

I walk past a shop on my way to Ibrox that does the ones Adamski mentioned upthread.

It also sells Buckfast and MD20/20 at prices I haven't seen since about 2002, so there's a chance their front door is actually some kind of stargate.

    This thread has been.....RESURRECTED

    On my name:

"I will overcome this tyranny and fight for our brothers' rights. Civil disobedience against oppression will expose the callous nature of the power structures in society, but we must overcome. We must persevere, and let them expose their hypocrisies, make them clear for all to see. That they mock or fight us only shows how much of a challenge we are to their hypocritical, iniquitous way of being."
