All beer is better cold.
All beer is better cold.

I've tried it cold and out of the box temperature, and it's better out of the box.
Baz is correct.
I’ve just ordered my dad a beer advent calendar from a website called Beer-Hawk. I’ve only just discovered it but could spend a lot of money on there in the future.
There’s also a £5 off discount code xaAWJL7PFHZ (which I’m not sure if there’s a minimum spend for, so worth a try on something really cheap to test it) if anyone else likes the look of some of their stuff.

Spent the night on gin (Beefeater) and tonic. Run out of that so it's onto the Highland Park 12 until I decide it's bedtime.
Beer tomorrow, and going to buy some for my brother-in-law's birthday so I shall almost certainly get myself a decent couple too.
Bought some Cardhu Gold for £25 as a gift. Seems a pretty great price.
Also spent about £100 on gins. One bar had 108 of them and a mixologist which was great.
Got myself the Aldi version of Blue Moon.
I love Belgian White beers, like Blue Moon. Are there any other super markets with other versions of it?
Blue Moon
I'm a twit
Blue Moon is decent enough. I suppose the wit that you're most likely to find in the big shops is one one the Hoegaarden variants.
Is that the shit that comes out with an orange? Laughable I should be called a poof for drinking G&T if real men drink that shit.
Oh It's Mike and Ian nvm laul.
Had some lindemans peach beer tonight.
Amazing.
I always tell them to knock the orange on the head anyway. Even if Tim Lovejoy would be disgusted at me for swerving the opportunity to do a "swirl and slam dunk."
I only got the orange in it once but it was a fucking quarter of an orange, not even a slice. It was in some poncey place in the city though.
I’ve never had it with an orange.
A can of Old Engine Oil.
Down in Manchester this weekend so hoping for some good shit.
Is that the Harviestown (sp) one? Good stuff.
Harviestoun, yeah. Sainsbury's near me now does fans of that and Drygate's Orinoco.
Whitstable Bay was on offer in the supermarket today so I cleared the shelf.
Just found a new Brewdog I've never had before in a Sainsburys in Lincolnshire called Slot Machine. Pretty nice.
Had some really good stuff when I was in Chorlton over the weekend as well, with some Marble stuff too. Lost Your Marbles and The Imp of the Perverse are in the same range as Sister Agnes, they're all just really good (though very strong) stouts. Also had a really nice stout in a Spoons near Manchester Piccadilly called Dark Side of the Moon.
Hazy Hog in Shatwick.
Having a porter called 'Mills and Hills.' It's a collaboration between Fyne and De Molen. It's fucking smashing. Doesn't taste it's 9.5% ABV though so you could hurt yourself on it if you weren't careful.
I’ve got a craft beer advent calendar. 24 beers and a glass. December is gonna be goooood!

Some incredible deals on gin on Amazon today. Fuck being skint.
Dont really know yet. This is the back of the box
I'm a twit
Perhaps for the first time ever, massively jealous of Baz.
I dunno, seems like a lot of disappointment in a box.
Unless you're keeping the box in the fridge then it couldn't be good.
Surely you'd open it in the morning and put the days bottle in the fridge until the evening?
It’s in the conservatory (check me out, Floyd) which is about 6 degrees colder than the fridge.
I'm a twit
Well I rather like the look of that.
After a busy month and a bit of house parties, Birthday nights out and a ridiculously early work Christmas meal I am finding myself a bit bored of alcohol. Going to knock it on the head until Christmas Eve now. Need to get my taste back for it by then.
Easy enough to catch up Giggs.
Just buy a few to tide you over and score one when it become cheap next week.
This is the one I got for my dad: https://adventcalendar.beerhawk.co.uk/save20
Use Y6A5zu2FB0j for £5 off too!
Or try xaAWJL7PFHZ too which is also £5 off.

I've been stocking up on lidl wine. They've got some great prices on Barolo and Duoro red wines.
This was one of the nicest bottles of wine I've had in ages as well https://www.virginwines.co.uk/wine/Z...rnet-Sauvignon
Almost like a jam in flavour, really easy to drink.
Never seen this before, there was a lager too (blonde obvs). Could be just generic stuff though, the address would suggest it's coming from the Guinness brewery.
A Wylam / Hawkshead collaboration stout called "Pleasures in the Darkness." 11% of splendidness.
And on the subject of stouts, my homebrew got bottled today and should be good to go for Christmas. Hope it's not shit.
I had mulled things for the first time (I think) tonight. It turns out I liked mulled things although if anything it turns out the weather was a bit too mild for it.
A fill of the top one would have me in bed early Christmas day.
I've some of that Guinness Antwerpen Export that I picked up in Tesco on Saturday but I'm off Thursday so I might go for a fill of that too.
Do any of you use Untappd? I’ve just got it. We should be mates.
I'm a twit
Is that a referral code?
I got myself 8 of the Narwhal Imperial today. Very seldom see it in stock.
I've never had it, but I've just Googled it and I want it.
Nope.

All the Sierra Nevada stuff is class.
