Each result is one seat. 326 seats wins. If nobody reaches that mark whoever got the most gets the first chance to coalition with another party to get across the threshold between them. If they can't, the next most gets a chance, etc.

Then you can potentially make a deal with a smaller party to take you over the line. If no party can acheive that we have another election.

The Queen invites the PM (which is May) to form a government (i.e. have their agenda voted in). If she is unable to do so from the elected MPs, she resigns and the Queen would then invite Corbyn (Leader of the Opposition) to do so. If he can't either, I'm not sure what happens. Something.
