Fantastic today!
Having a pool day with my daughter and we’re loving life.
Fantastic today!
Having a pool day with my daughter and we’re loving life.
Could do with another few degrees but I'll take this.
25.5C in my back garden which is parked right in the middle of absolutely tremendous territory. Had to drive to the hospital about my knee and it’s 29C here which is getting on for the upper limit of enjoyable. Abroad it’d be spot on but here that sort of temperature always feels a bit too muggy with the humidity getting on for 60%.
That's me, you, DS and Keeks with dodgy knees. 1 more and we can start an ill-fated 5-a-side team.
I can't believe this shite it's back to fucking 12C and raining again. Just fuck this.
29c here. Absolutely roasting with no breeze.
The walk back from the gym was brutal.
Oh, you've been going to the gym?
I mean, you could do that with 99% of people/posts on here. We accept TTH for what it is, autism and all.

Oh snap, gonna need some Aloe Vera for that burn.
Slight overreaction.
Can’t believe it’s back rubbish tomorrow.![]()

We've got one more day of it, then it drops down to 21. Doesn't look too bad though.
25 to 22 over the next 5 days apparently, which is the perfect weather when one is not in a coastal region.
I actually can't stand this. It's not going to be warmer than 16C for the next week or so, and it's going to be windy and unsettled. Worst summer ever?
It's not been higher than 13C today, heavy rain and it's currently 11C.
It was fairly warm here yesterday and we got a full game of cricket in and finished at 4pm. Racing home 50 minutes (that’s how long it takes in dry conditions) in absolutely biblical rain to catch the start of the England game was certainly an experience however. Not seen rain like that in a while.
It repeatedly rained whilst also being sunny yesterday. Then it absolutely chucked it down accompanied by hurricane strength winds. Standard British Summertime.
This summer is the pits.
Went out for a walk and it was sunny with the temperature at around 18c so I went with no coat or jacket and light trainers.
After about 25 minutes the sun dipped in, the clouds went grey and opened up.
Was in a park so no chance of any cover. I did go into a local B&M to pick up an umbrella despite being soaked however which at least made things a bit better.
Feet are wet though as the trainers couldn't stand up to all the standing water and a couple of dickhead cars sprayed me just before I got home because cunts don't know how to drive when it's wet.
23C here in Vienna, rising to mid-30s this week.![]()
You'll burn like a crisp ya wee ginger Jock.
You're fucking right I will. Although my DNA test did say I've got an 80% chance of skin cancer. That's a chance I'm willing to take. Can't get skin cancer without sun.![]()
Lolol one of the autists on Netweather was being nostalgic about an old storm apparently.
Pretend I posted this one:

Can't believe Labour haven't changed the control settings.
The fake date map looks more accurate as there's a massive thunderstorm and biblical amounts of rain coming down here at the moment.
A few rumbles here but not much by way of rain yet.
30c at the weekend in the South East.
23 here tomorrow. Might walk to work to kill two hours.

21C here and sunny, then rain for the next 6 days.![]()
What a day to have off. 25C (but still more wind than I'd like).
Tonight is the best type of Summer night. The house is boiling, buy with the front and back windows open an outrageously satisfying breeze is blowing through.
The Summer holidays finally delivering an actual summer too. Love it.
32 here tomorrow and I've booked the day off. Barbecue out, beer in the fridge. Perfect day. But wait, what's this, a wild invite to 20 of our kids friends parents to come over and have a pool party? Great.![]()
Been 25 and just sun here today. Glorious!
Though I’m getting old as I’ve moved to the shade for a cool down.
The summer had a properly rough start to it and spring was pretty shit too, but the last few weeks have been glorious. Keep those planes spraying whatever they're spraying, Dr Le Tissier.
Playing football today in 31 degree heat. It was hellish. Instant dry mouth.
Was doing the roofing for a shed today after staying up till 4am playing Tekken. Am gonna have a lasagne and go to bed.
Three people complimented my tan today.
Did mine on Friday. Thought it was a case of remove old battered felt, add new felt. Instead, removed the old stuff revealed a rotten wooden roof that needed fixing, and then adding the felt. Good job my dad can do anything, while I provide entertainment and coffee.

Storm Lillian inbound leaving us tantalisingly close to Storm Nicholas, but sad times as I think the clock runs out at the end of August on the current slate of storm names.![]()
It never got warmer than 14C yesterday, with the wind it was properly baltic.
Rain needs to go in the bin. I don’t think I’d ever miss it, if an actual drought wouldn’t be the beginning of the end. Ruins everything.

I'm off camping tomorrow, so paired with it being a bank holiday weekend it was always going to be apocalyptically shit weather.
The end of summer has certainly hit with a bang.![]()
South coast getting absolutely peppered tomorrow but we here in King's Landing appear to be absolutely fine. Yah boo sucks.
I don't want to call the Met Office shite, but we are simultaneously under a weather warning for rainfall whilst also having no rain forecast whatsoever, which is, well, shite.
On the rain radar thing it looks like it mostly misses Essex. Seems weird for it to be coming from the south east rather than the west.
It's just arrived in south London. Absolute deluge and thunder loud enough to comfortably hear through my noise cancelling headphones.
13C all next week.![]()
