Not a fan of 'project players'. Now Nel and Strauss are in the dark blue, I'll support them and even trot out the McNel/Jock McStrauss stuff, but they oughtn't be there.
Junior Bulamakau will likely be capped - correctly. Been here since he was 10 as his dad was in the army and has a weird Weegee-Fiji mix of an accent, that'll do. Even Visser was ok - there's no real Dutch test standard team to speak of, whilst the likes of Big Jim are the kind of English you want - like me, Midlands schooled from a Scots/Irish heavy area, first generation to be down here, plenty of pics in Scotland tops as a kid shared in a programme... But the likes of Henry Pyrgos probably oughtn't... It's too complex to govern as really it's a question of whether the lad identifies with the nation, and that's hard to qualify.
Anyway, Naiyarovoro shouldn't play for Australia or Scotland really. He probably will be international standard though - watched about 10 games of his last year and the man can finish like a bulldozer.
Cheika was a cunt for getting involved and trying to unsettle him before he'd arrived, not for capping him so much.
