Ovid was a Greek poet. Ovid 'takes' the heart of the word 'sweet' (i.e. an e) and becomes Ovied. This is followed by something round (an O). Answer: Oviedo.
That one answer took me about 25 minutes. There are people who can rattle off two or three puzzles a day with 30 such clues each. Most of them are in the comments underneath giving it 'Polished that one off in about 12 minutes, pretty easy tbh'.

It says everything about Muslim society that the counterpoint presented (including by you a few weeks back) was that Western countries restrict polygamy so who are they to talk about Islamic countries restricting homosexuality.
