I think there's a lot of frustration because great wealth and riches have never been more visible daily (online, on TV, everywhere) and yet still so out of reach for the common man. Equally, the elites who feel entitled to that wealth and riches (and can conceive of no other world) are incredibly frustrated because people are calling them out and they feel blameless but also indignant.

Yeah its definitely not a desired effect. There's a big seller on Telegram who was contacted and actually put up information on his channel where he actively advertises selling drugs, promoting safe usage and harm reduction messages. They don't want their customers to die, but it's cheap to lower potency and fill them with cheap synthetic replacements - unfortunately it usually has unwanted adverse effects.
Although that last point kind of falls down with spice, considering it's synthetic to start with, so no idea what's going on tbh. Probably smoking tea like on the inbetweeners.
