Christ the Vikings are an odd team. How do you get so talents and then get thumped so regularly. Ina. 17 point hole at home to the colts after 10 minutes. Wot.

This sums up Greg Roman perfectly. 20 attempts for our top 2 RB's and they've got 180 yards. Huntley on 28 attempts at throwing has 133 passing yards.

So basically Trevor Lawrence is good, as we knew he would become.
And Justin fields is limited, but shove him in a run heavy offense like the eagles/Baltimore and he’d be successful.
Zach Wilson though? Still seems a bit high and hope.
Mac Jones still a bit ???? Game manager.

Mac Jones is very meh. He'll get you a 9-8 season, but you wont be winning any playoff games. He'd be the perfect backup QB.
Fields is an incredible athlete, however big questions over if he can throw it when he needs to. They have zero weapons at WR or TE really so it's hard to judge.

Two cracking matches. Tcu, who I have a soft spot for as I picked up a few tcu t shirts in Texas like 7 years ago, really surprised me. I expected Michigan to roll them, but Michigan never really had the impotetus in the game after the failed 4th and goal on their first drive.
Georgia looked a lot more exposed on defense than I expected and bar a duff (50 yard) field goal winner from OHIO they didn’t really deserve to win. Ryan day will be sick.

That being said they're still trying to find a fair place to play it.
They asked to Colts to use their stadium and the Colts said no. So expect the Colts to get fuck all from the NFL for a while.

Interestingly post game one of the Lions asked for Rodgers jersey and he told them no he wanted to "hang onto this one."
He seems to have some juice left, so I don't think he'd be properly done if a team came up that just needs that QB to make a run. There's an interesting situation or two out there for him. Seahawks would fit that bill I think, as would the Jets. The Dolphins off season is also going to be very interesting. There seems to be no indication that Tua is coming back any time soon and given the battering his brain has taken he or even the team, might decide enough is enough. Maybe even the Commanders?
I'd have the 49ers on that list with Jimmy G leaving this year but the emergence of Purdy might put pay to that. They're fine without him, but if they fall short again then the stars might align on this one.
The entire NFC South may be looking for a new QB depending on how the off season goes too.
This is what I hope happens.
In reality I think we lose to the Bungles, the Bills beat the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game and then go on to win it all.

Here's mine:
I think the Bengals and the 49ers have just hit that patch of good momentum at the right time. The Vikings really have fallen off at the end. Eagles are tricky. We lost some good players just before our rough patch, but we've struggled big time against long run oriented drives. I don't believe Hurts will be 100% either.
Ravens and Dolphins are there to make up the numbers given their QB situations.
This Niners team is fun.
