I think he's better than that harsh assessment, but either way, Scotland is surely still beneath him.
I reckon he's a decent coach as well, but he just needs to keep the talking (BS) to a minimum and reign his ego in a bit (a lot). A European adventure might work for that seeing as managers are basically in charge of nothing in most other leagues beyond picking most of the starting XI.
