We're going to win the cup
We're going to win the cup
Martial
Lol at van Gaal, moaning about the ref having won the game. Have some class, you Dutch nonce.
Van Gaal is such a dildo. Be quiet, you bore.
I don't watch much football these days but that second half was lovely. And what went down at Anfield was alright, in retrospect. I still dunno if we've got the games in us to do it but we're closer than I expected.
I'm moving to Wirral and supporting The Ev next year. What a club
Tony funking Martial.
Shades of Brazilian Ronaldo in Martial. Just shades but I see it. Great talent.
That balon d'or clause not looking so ridiculous now, hmmmmmmm???
Not that we'd ever pay it anyway, he'll be at Real Madrid by then
I've been optimistic there and it's only safety by a point. For fucks sake.
I've got West Brom not scoring a goal again this season, might be the only thing I get right.
Barcelona are looking incredibly shaky at the back here.
Gijon should've scored a couple.
That seems to get said every Barcelona game, prior to them winning about 15-0.
http://www.theguardian.com/football/...a-match-reportAtlético Madrid preserved their title hopes with a 1-0 home victory over Málaga thanks to a deflected goal by the substitute Ángel Correa in the 62nd minute.
However, the Atlético coach, Diego Simeone, could be facing a three-game ban from the touchline after being sent off at half-time when a ball was thrown on to the pitch from the technical area.
Suarez is the best player in the world at the minute. Every time I see him he's outstanding.
Watching this barca game and sporting have collapsed in the second half. Suarez has scored four goals in two consecutive games. Three penalties have been awarded and they have been pillow soft.
Assuming Barcelona don't collapse in the first half of next season, Suarez is surely the best bet for the Ballon d'Or?
Every single it week it feels like MOTD is 4 matches with no title implications. It's really shit.
Iheanacho looks like a proper talent. How has he made it to nineteen before getting a run out? Aguero is broken enough and every other striker they've had poor enough that he should have turned up before now.
That shot from Arnautovic when he nicked it in the corner had a real air of 'I'll do it my fucking self' about it. He'd been setting them up for Joselu all day and he's absolutely hopeless. Looked like a cracking performance.
Just watched an aftermath video of a guy that fell in to a thresher. Proper Ogrish shit.
Carlos Sanchez looks so much like an old golliwog. What is that hair all about?
That long back pass that lead to Southampton's goal (2nd goal I think?) was incredible.
We desperately need Palace to win today, I fear.
Sunderland playing Watford's youth team on the last day of the seasln before the first team play the FA Cup final will probably send us down.
Whilst we play a dejected Spurs at home?
They'd still win. I suppose our real hope is in half of the team not wanting to get injured before the Euros.
Alli is going to be Kieron Dyer against Southampton in 2002.
Could do with a Defoe hamstring injury today.
I'm shitting myself again. A routine win would be lovely.
You'll piss it. Swansea are on their jollies.
.....
I remember Bayer Leverkusen blowing the title from 5 points clear, 3 to play (in the same year they lost to Real Madrid at Hampden). Can't think of many other instances of teams coming from this far back.
Fuck's sake, Floyd.
I'm enjoying this Frosinone-Palermo match. Frosinone were all over Palermo for ten minutes after half time, but the away side went up the other end and scored. Big game at the bottom, this. Whoever loses is probably fucked.
Weird atmosphere at Villa park. Good game though.
Yesterday was belting. Atmosphere at Wembley was pretty good and there were loads of people clearly on the piss for about 8 hours traveling up. On the pitch, Rashford and Martial were fantastic together and it looks promising. Also Valencia coming back seems to have added a bit more pace and fight.
Another FA cup final. The perfect sign off for van Gaal. His pride saved and Ed looks like he made the right decision.
Before Mourinho comes in and Rashford never plays again?
I only saw the highlights on the news but it looked like Everton should have won handsomely.
If he does he does. I don't think he will as Rashford has deserved his stay with his performances.
On another day, lukaku would have scored 4. His first touch was woeful yesterday when it mattered
Christ.
Quinn is absolutely gutted that Arsenal just had a penalty shout exactly the same as Sunderland's, he can't bleat on about it now.
Arsenal having one of those days where they are trying to walk it in, although it's almost forced by how deep Sunderland are defending. Get Welbeck on.
Arsenal are getting fucked up.
On the brink, man. And you know they'll do Everton in a couple of weeks.
I'm SEETHING over Sakho. You're paid a fortune, at least make sure you don't do something so fucking stupid. How hard can it really be?
I think we need 9, lads.
Fuck sake.
Sunderland possibly deserved even more in the end. I really don't see us beating Spurs, so Sunderland, with their goal difference, only need two wins from Everton (shite), Stoke (on the beach), Chelsea (no idea) and Watford (shite and probably won't give a shit about the match).
Not looking good.
Really good second half performance. Looks like both us and Newcastle are going to make a fight of it.
I really want Newcastle to go down but it's purely on the basis of having had a closer look at how Mike Ashley works and wanting him to fail as much as is possible. On the other hand, I've never liked Sunderland and the prospect of Niall Quinn being banished from my television with their relegation is delightful. Is there a likely sequence of events which sees both relegated?
